Property Management

The Property Management department currently services over 200 apartment buildings, 100 homes or condos, and 6 retail centers. We also do homeowner association management. The occupancy rate is 98% on the 2,500 units managed. A staff of forty experienced professionals provides the day-to-day leadership to make income properties perform to their potential. An added benefit to our owners is Pro-Maintenance—a subsidiary of Pabst Kinney. Pro-Maintenance is staffed by skilled personnel who can make needed repairs quickly & cost effectively. Our staff includes carpentry, plumbing, all aspects of maintenance, and painting.
