Homeowners' Association Management


Our professional Homeowners' Association management team specializes in working with Board Members to help solve the “challenges” that come with condominium ownership. At Pabst, Kinney & Associates, we pride ourselves on delivering professional service that is tailored to each association’s requirements. Our team of experienced managers is dedicated in providing our full-service management program which includes financial, administrative and property management services. As a member of CAI (Community Association Institute) and other professional organizations, we carefully monitor changing laws, trends and special requirements of homeowners’ associations. Property Management
Perform thorough periodic inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues
Hire vendors who have established qualifications; verify insurance and necessary licenses;
obtain competitive bids; negotiate contracts; and supervise the vendor’s performance
Provide monthly updates to the board on repairs, maintenance and projects . . .


Financial Management - Accounting & Collections
• Print and mail monthly and special assessment statements to homeowners
• Collect monthly fees and special assessments. Post to HOA’s account, follow-up with delinquents,
   and collect late fees. All late fees obtained will be deposited to the association’s account
• Produce monthly income/expense reports, trial balance reports, general ledger reports, & delinquencies
