George Pabst supervises the property management and investment divisions. A full
time staff of 26 provides the day to day “hands on” management of 2500 plus units
throughout Long Beach and surrounding areas. There are seven management teams
- Property Supervisors an Maintenance Supervisors - who share the responsibility to
make properties perform effectively. Owners are kept “in the loop” on all important
