ŇI recently found my new home through Pabst, Kinney
& Associates, Inc. I had spent several weeks scouring Long Beach trying to
find something to my likingÉ I had no luck. I happened to see an apt. I was
interested in and your sign was out front. I called and rest is history.
I have to say, after my son was scammed out of $180
with a "Property Placement Center", I am so happy that there are
still professional and honest companies out there to do business with. My experience with Pabst Kinney started from the very first call I made to
Leslie and went up from there. She was so nice and informative. I
was able to explain my son's situation up front and they were willing to work
with him. I was then passed to Jessica Roosen who helped them with keys to view some
potential apartments. My son's criteria was somewhat slim between the
monthly he could afford to the location and size. She didn't give up and
actually found a perfect one for him. I then worked with Jessica Escobar. She was on top of things. She
emailed me immediately for the information that was needed. Within two
days I am happy to say, they are in an apartment that they absolutely love. Thank you to the PABST KINNEY & ASSOCIATES TEAM
I have been a tenant of Pabst Kinney &
Associates for about a year now and from day one, have had the best experience
with them. Mike Lopez and his team have been very attentive and made the move
in process very smooth. Their team even expedited the apartment preparation
process to accommodate an earlier move in date for me. They have been great to
work with and clearly put their tenant's best interest first. I would recommend
them to anyone!

The front office staff is always pleasant and overly knowledgeable (whether
in person or via phone). My property management maintenance supervisor
(Shannon Reynosa) epitomizes professionalism. She is always prompt in
expediting my requests. She calls my cell phone, as well as my home phone
in order to speak with me (directly) pertaining to my residence
concerns/issues.
I
have lived in Belmont Shore for 42 years and I have had dealings with many
landlords and tenants over the years. I have to tell you that I have had

Recently,
I had the pleasure of contacting the staff at Pabst Kinney while searching for
a rental. The staff was warm, friendly and knowledgeable of the rentals
provided. Once I made up my mind about which rental I wanted to view, I was met at the
rental by Erika Villanueva, who greeted me politely, promptly handed me her
business card, and made me feel at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. Although, the lure of the ocean in Huntington Beach kept me from renting with
Pabst Kinney. My experience with the office staff and Erika compelled me to let
everyone know in this public forum, that this is a well managed and properly
trained company. Should the need ever arise again, I will definitively look for Pabst Kinney to
fulfill my rental needs.
I
have been a tenant in an apartment building managed by Pabst Kinney &
Associates for over 10 years. In that time, I have always received prompt
and professional service with the front office staff and especially w/ the
maintenance department. Mike Lopez, the Maintenance Supervisor ensures
that most of the repairs are completed on the same day that I make the request.
Quite frankly, I don't know of any other property management company that
provides such timely service. The property is kept very clean and is well
maintained. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Pabst Kinney to any of
my family and friends.
I
truly believe that from all the different apartments I have lived in this is by
far the most reliable property management company I have encountered... They
are prompt with all requests and are open 6 days a week to assist with all that
is necessary. I truly recommend anyone who is looking for a place to rent that
this is the type of management you would want....
